Exchanges and Refunds:
The minimum 180 day trial period is required to qualify for the growth guarantee. This is necessary as certain people take longer to achieve results than others. If no gains are apparent after that time, we will refund your money minus our shipping and credit card processing fees. All units have a one week grace period for returns. Units returned after this period may be refused.
In the unlikely event of a request for a refund, the following information and conditions are necessary in order to proceed with the credit reversal.

Before returning the products, the user must contact us via EMAIL ONLY in order to apply for the refund in question. Please include your full name, address and order number in the email. Our 1-800 toll-free number is reserved for sales only and therefore CAN NOT approve any transaction reversals.

The user must have used the X4 Extender kit with all spare parts for the minimum 180 days in order to be eligible.
When all of the above conditions have been met and the reversal is approved, please mail the package to our return address. Again, advanced approval is mandatory prior to mailing. Any extenders returned without approval will be automatically refused.
Customers are subject to a bank processing fee. Furthermore, shipping charges are deducted from final refund quote.
